Therapy is a big step and new to many and expectations can be up in the air, however what you can expect from me as your therapist is to be authentic, non-judgmental, present, curious, and empowering. I have specialized training in treating: Depression, Anxiety, Anger Management, Substance Abuse, Telehealth, and Adolescents/Children Counseling
