Experiencing trauma and severe stress in today’s world is almost unavoidable during our lifetime. Positively tackling and overcoming such stress are possible with appropriate professional guidance. My passion is assisting children and adults challenging and overcoming depression, anxiety, and traumatic experiences. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual. Some people prefer to engage in active conversation throughout the session while others prefer the therapist asking the questions. Regardless of your preference, I will be able to guide you through your concerns.
From my experience working with children and adult from a variety of cultures and social economic status, I know life sometimes through struggles at you. In the past 5 years, I have worked with client from a variety of cultures and ages, clients struggling with depression, anxiety, psychotic symptoms and negative effects of substance use.
I know how stressful an average day can be. From my work with clients in the past five years, I have insight into what it means to struggle on a daily basis and would love to assist guiding you through your concerns.
