Hello! I'm Christian. If you are looking for a safe and supportive space where you can freely share your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without fear of judgment, I would love the privilege of providing just that. In our therapeutic relationship, you will have the chance to heal from psychological wounds, develop coping skills, and move from surviving to thriving.

I have been a practicing counselor for 7 years and specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, past or current trauma, grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and identity exploration. I have also supervised counseling interns from counseling, social work, and clinical psychology programs.

I take a collaborative approach to therapy and will start by helping you process the past and current events that are at the heart of your distress. We will then explore your inner world to identify opportunities for change. I will always assume that you are the expert on what destination is best for you. My role is to simply help you arrive.

We are a group of independent therapists dedicated to working with you and your family in order to improve your emotional health, your relationships, and your lives. We have three office locations to better serve the Knoxville Community. One is located in North Knoxville, off I-75 and Callahan Drive. The second is our Bearden location, located off the Papermill Exit at the intersection of Kingston Pike and Northshore. And the third is our West location, near the intersection of Pellissippi Parkway and Kingston Pike.
