With over 13 years of psychotherapy experience, I provide caring guidance and authentic support with an energetic, empathetic, and genuinely curious approach. I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space to unpack what you’re going through, better understand yourself and your emotions, and work toward meaningful goals. I use evidence-based approaches, including traditional talk therapy and somatic based therapy. I use EMDR, DBT, CBT, & mindfulness somatic based treatments to work together towards improving your life and enhance emotional well-being.
