With over 13 years of psychotherapy experience I provide caring guidance & authentic support while using my energetic and empathetic personality, coupled with evidenced based treatments, to help you reach goals. If you feel comfortable partnering with a someone who tries to avoid shaming, judging, and guilting, all while utilizing empathy alongside clinical expertise, we'll be a good match. I also practice EMDR therapy. I enjoy seeing adults individually as well families. CO appointments are in-person or virtual with multiple insurances accepted; AZ is Telehealth only for Aetna & self-pay. -I don’t use AI note taking software.
I support clients navigating high school/college, gen anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, depression, school life, QTBIPOC identity, romantic & platonic relationships, sexual performance, sex, kinks, non-mon/poly, and First-Gen/immigrant family dynamics. Using EMDR, CBT, & a collaborative approach, we work towards improving your life in a safe, affirming space.
We will partner together and identify pathways to achieve your goals while also creating a supportive therapeutic space & relationship.
