Be it the stress of our present moment, our anxieties about the future, or the pain of our past, I would be honored to support you. As a counselor, I strive to provide a safe, productive, and healing space to understand and accept our past, so that we can fully partake in the gifts of the present. All are celebrated here. My areas of specialization include PTSD, Panic and Anxiety Disorders, Religious/Spiritual Traumas, as well as Bipolar and Schizophrenia Disorders.
I have an eclectic approach, borrowing from Somatic Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Existential/Humanistic modalities. I am a trained EMDR Therapist from the EMDR International Association, and offer EMDR as a pathway to process painful and traumatic memories.
