I’m Christian Hudson-Wallis, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with over 5 years of experience helping clients of all ages cope with anxiety, depression, anger, bipolar disorder, trauma, and PTSD. I earned my Master's degree in Family Psychology from Hardin-Simmons University. I utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic approaches, Rogerian methods, existential therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), the Gottman Method, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
A significant focus of my work is on trauma and how past negative experiences may be hindering your progress toward your goals. My priority is to create a space where you feel respected, safe, and listened to, so you can comfortably open up about your experiences.
