With the rise of social media and all the pressures teens face today, it can be extremely difficult to know how to help when you see your child hurting or struggling. Let's face it, kids are growing up in a different world and in complicated times. Many loving parents want to act, but fail to do so because they either don't know how to help, where to start, or who to trust. This is where I come in. I would love to help you and your family find new solutions, have better communication, and discover a pathway to a stronger relationship as well as a more hopeful future.
I specialize in reaching and connecting with teens who are uncertain or resistant to therapy. My style is safe, accepting, and relational, but with a mission-like focus on reaching treatment goals. My strategy is to help you my clients discover their own strengths in overcoming personal challenges... essentially working myself out of a job.
