I strive to establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship with all my clients and provide a safe space for you to voice your concerns and help you feel confident in achieving your goals. I am empathic, honest, and driven to support you in your journey.
I am primarily behaviorally focused and have had significant training and work in helping parents with children that may have behavioral or school based issues. I have also worked at a community clinic and inpatient psychiatric facility and can help with a variety of issues from anxiety/depression and relationship issues to severe mental illness.
