I am a Resident Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 2 years of experience working closely with the substance use population and the 18-35 age group. I specialize in addressing issues surrounding sobriety, college life, family dynamics, interpersonal communication, relationships, work-related stress, motivation, and more. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Boston. I use a deep understanding of both dialectical behavior therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients clearly understand how to regain agency in their lives.
