I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected in relationships, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are high functioning on the outside while internally struggling with anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, relationship conflict, self-worth, or the impact of painful past experiences. Through a collaborative and highly individualized approach, I help clients gain deeper insight, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change while feeling genuinely supported throughout the process.
I utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, relational therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) when clinically appropriate. I offer therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs with a strong focus on emotional wellness, relationship patterns, self-understanding, and sustainable growth.
