I am a clinical psychologist with NuYu Counseling in Indiana, and I work with adults with a variety of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, and health behavior changes. I am passionate about LGBTQIA+ psychology and am committed to providing a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen, respected and valued. I aim to create a therapeutic space that promotes insight, growth, and change.
I draw from an integrative, evidence-based approach adapted to meet each individual person’s needs. Examples of approaches I use include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Person-Centered Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy.
I am currently taking new clients for individual therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to deepen their self-understanding and build practical skills to cope with distress, strengthen relationships, and navigate life in ways that align with their personal values.
