I enjoy working with adults, 18 years and older. As well as couples and families. While working with individuals I support a safe environment that allows for clients to feel comfortable and empowered. I focus on the individual as well as getting to the root of the problem. Working together with clients to develop strategies and solutions.
I help clients by having an open mind and meeting them where they are at. While also providing encouragement for clients to step out of their comfort zone to allow for growth. I enjoy helping clients work through trauma, grow self confidence and the ability to embrace self.
