Throughout my work in the mental health field, I have found my specialization in working with individuals, as well as couples, who are seeking more effective ways to cope with stress, communication, depression, and anxiety among other varied topics. I work from a variety of theoretical orientations, but I do find that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can be beneficial to people with a variety of issues with how life has been going lately.
