I work with teenagers and adults who are navigating life’s challenges, including stress, anxiety, low confidence, trauma, and experiences related to LGBTQIA+ identities or gender dysphoria. Many of my clients are seeking a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where they can be truly heard and understood. They want guidance, practical tools, and support to cope with their challenges while building resilience and self-acceptance. My goal is to help each client feel empowered, improve their well-being, and achieve their personal goals—so they can live with confidence, balance, and authenticity.

Using CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, and trauma-informed approaches, I provide a safe, affirming space to build resilience, cope, and achieve goals.
