My approach to the counseling process is eclectic/integrative, which allows me to effectively communicate with each client using a framework that works best for the client. Commonly used frameworks include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
