In a collaborative, client-centered professional approach, I use biblical principles integrated with cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapy as interventions for change. This approach is highly effective because the client's emotional, behavioral, contextual, and spiritual needs are addressed. This approach can significantly help all ages across various issues achieve healing, reconciliation, and solutions related to various emotional and psychological problems. Those problems include child behavioral problems, family dysfunction, depression, anxiety, domestic abuse, and relationship problems.

Right now, is the time to give ourselves permission to make changes that allow us to have control over our journey. As a Black woman & BIPOC therapist I am deeply passionate about treating mental health holistically. The mind, body, and spirit work together to bring fulfillment, but when the balance is off, things just don't feel right. Traumatic and challenging experiences in our lives can affect our nervous system, rendering us vulnerable, confused and at times stuck/frozen in fight and or flight responses to life. I personally know how beneficial integrating spiritual, mental, and physical health is to the healing process.

I provide individual and group counseling to adults or adolescents who have a willingness to address a Substance Use Disorder (SUD)/ Addiction and / or are working on their recovery journey. I provide counseling for anxiety, depression, relational problems, and adolescent adjustment difficulties. I also provide services to professionals who are facing challenges with their career journey (e.g., vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, professional transitions, etc.)

She aims to empower individuals with what they need to live a flourishing life, including the strength to face hardships, support to make difficult changes, and space to find healing. Alexandra is a warm and genuine counselor who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults who present with a wide range of clinical needs. She creates a safe environment for each individual who walks into her office.

My name is Dr. Christine McCasey, and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Wisconsin. For 31 years we've designed programs for students planning careers in medicine, engineering, law, pharmacy, technology, research, science and education. Our Portfolio Program is a comprehensive advising system for students throughout high school until they depart for university studies. It covers high school course selection, standardized testing and timetable, preparation for college visits and interviews, final college/university choice, types of aid and assistance seeking financing, and "goodness of fit" in college selection. Services include SAT, SATII and ACT test preparation.

Carey has a rich history of providing psychotherapy services with diverse populations. She is direct yet relatable, skilled yet casual. She has experience in crisis intervention and trauma and is trained in EMDR and TF-CBT. She has helped many clients with eclectic concerns such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, oppositional behaviors, conduct disorders, Autism Spectrum, schizophrenia and other psychoses, and relationship concerns. Viewing each therapeutic relationship as a partnership, Carey diligently works to meet clients where they’re at, without judgment, helping them to heal and achieve individual goals.

I am passionate about serving people of all ages and life experiences. I have special interest in serving adolescents and young adults. In my experience, I connect naturally with the age group and have meaningfully supported individuals as they navigate common challenges that accompany their stage of life.
