I am a chronic pain and illness therapist. I primarily work with adolescents, young adults, and middle-aged humans whose lives have been turned upside down by a crippling diagnosis and/or unexpected symptoms. Anxiety, depression, PTSD & heartbreak, are also all in my wheelhouse. I love incorporating spirituality into therapy and provide Christian counseling when that is a need expressed.

I love working with clients who aren't afraid to be curious, or who may still be afraid, but are willing to gently explore those tender places in themselves that keep them stuck and unfulfilled. Anyone who is willing to dip a toe into unfamiliar waters is brave and capable of obtaining the healing and peace they're seeking.
