Len works with adults, children, and teens who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and behavioral issues. As a Counselor and Coach, he has experience working with children and adolescents with relationship issues both in the home and at school. Coach also works with men and women of all ages helping them navigate major life transitions, setbacks and issues that challenge us personally and as a family. Len is a trained Symbis Premarital Counselor and collaborates with churches who desire a faith-based, solution-focused approach to marital and premarital counseling.
Len has training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), both evidenced based approaches for working with complex trauma. Len spent twenty-five years as a Texas High School football and baseball coach before deciding to pursue a career as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
