I work with ages 14 and up that are dealing with challenges such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relational difficulties, and many other areas through an integrative approach. I work with clients to manage and process traumatic experiences, adjust their communication, learn and implement boundaries, and so much more! Oftentimes, the areas of change are directly linked to unresolved experiences from our past, we will identify, discuss, set a plan, and follow through the journey to establish a resolution.
