I have been practicing counseling in NC for the last 18 years and have experience with couples, adolescents, and adults. My goal in counseling is to help you discover your ability to self-regulate your emotions in a safe and nurturing atmosphere. I invite people to look inward to integrate their own individual values in order to become whole in body, mind, and spirit. Along life's journey, we all need occasional assistance to help deal with the stressors of life and to reclaim the fullness that life can offer. I am committed to assisting you to find that place.
