I assist in empowering people with areas such as work, school, and change in living dynamics, disabilities, chronic illness, self-care, relationship breakups and divorce. We believe that your diagnosis does not define you! At Journey to Clarity Counseling we offer individual, couples, and family therapy to all ages. We start with gaining a deeper understanding of your life story. We don't just ask a list of questions to see if you meet the criteria for a diagnosis. We take the time to get to know YOU. We help you by exploring childhood experiences, generational trauma, family dynamics, self-worth, all areas of wellness, & more as they relate to daily functioning and quality of life. All of these factors are taken into consideration before a diagnosis is given (if needed).
