My personal theoretical foundation is not limited to one approach. I believe it is necessary for counselors to be adaptive. Every client is different and our responses and approaches should be equally diverse. One person may need a cognitive behavioral approach whereas another would be more responsive to brief counseling. This eclectic approach will be applied to all clients. Techniques will vary between clients to best meet the individual client's needs.

Rozana Kelly treats individuals, families, couples, and groups for mental and emotional issues and relationship problems. She can treat clients with various conditions, including anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem stress, and suicidal impulses. Rozana helps clients get more of what they need and less of what they don't. Rozana is dedicated to effectively serving clients by maintaining current and complete knowledge of spiritual and mental health counseling issues in order to effectively serve clients and educate the community.

I have worked with children adolescents, individual adults of all ages, and couples & families. I work with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, spiritual conflicts, and major mental health problems. I have worked with schools, faith communities, employers, physicians, and other therapists to understand the challenges confronting my clients. We often discover connections between physical, behavioral, emotional, spiritual, relational, and how things have led to where we are now.
