Seasoned, Client-Centered/Rogerian, CBT/DBT, Basic Mindfulness, Psychodrama and Modeling with a focus on identifying barriers to achieving and maintaining daily quality of life and balance in life. Working from each individual's unique strengths, I strive to meet each client where they are at, help them identify where they want to go and what tends to trip them up and then map out a gradual plan together to move forward.

I currently work with only adults and couples. I work with clients who need to work on symptoms such as anxiety, depression, agoraphobia, academic problems, anger management, bereavement and grief issues, communication problems with family members and partners, self-esteem, separation and divorce, sleep disturbance, work stress, and much more. I use Cognitive behavioral therapy, systems approach, relaxation, and guided imagery. I also provide assertiveness training. I also use Clinical Hypnosis for weight loss, smoke cessation, nail biting, and other behavioral changes. I also do Christian counseling with focus on spirituality.

Dr. Patricia Ehiabhi is a Psychologist in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2020. Dr. Ehiabhi has more than 10 years of experience in addictions work in individual and group settings and is certified in cognitive behavioral therapy for substance use disorder. Dr. Ehiabhi is able to provide Christian counseling and is experienced working with a board spectrum of diagnoses and challenges such as but not limited to depression, anxiety, SUD, behavioral addictions, tobacco cessation, serious mental illness, adjustment related to life and career changes, and racial and faith-based trauma.

I am a social worker that does community activism. Many times people have problems because of the injustices built into our system. In my work in therapy I can help people to identify issues in their lives and give them skills to deal with situations they find themselves in. I want to remove stigma from mental health treatment by offering it to everyone. I am committed to treating people with every day issues that may negatively impact their lives so that they can move forward to have happy and successful lives. I utilize a client-centered approach in all of my techniques. My goal is to work with individuals who need caring treatment. I have been working in the field as a Masters Level Clinician for about five years. I have the LMHC credentials. I have the ATR-P and completed the EMDR training. Since 2012 I have been providing services to clients as a forensic mental health clinician behind the walls of jails and HOC's. My clients have been survivors of various types of traumas.
