I help people struggling with stress, depression, or anxiety as well as relational conflicts within families and couples. I understand the challenges in getting help to get "unstuck" and realize it takes courage to ask for help. However, if you are like many others, you are likely tired of dealing with the same problems and getting the same results. I also help others who avoid dealing with the problem and are finally ready to begin a new life. Finding the right person to guide you should not be taken lightly.

Having been a practicing psychologist since 1984 I have had thousands of clients. I firmly believe most individuals, with some exceptions, know the answer to their problems but just can't think of it or put it into workable action. My job is to assist the client in narrowly defining their clinical question (what they want to work on) and a metric driven method for knowing when we are improving their situation with with measureable objectives. I provide a great deal of transparency in my therapy including outlining the first ten sessions in detail before we start, my recommended reading list, providing detailed handout sheets

I feel I am most helpful when working with clients who have a sense of where they want their lives to go, who acknowledge the obstacles that confront them, and who are willing to form a collaborative relationship with me to address those challenges and apply the principles and practices that will produce the desired outcomes in their lives.

I specialize in adult/individual counseling, marital/couples counseling, adventure therapy, divorce support, trauma, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, spiritual development, and men's issues. It’s my passion to come alongside those individuals or couples that have lost their way in life and need a listening ear or a fresh perspective. I firmly believe that every dry and painful season of life can be a springboard into hope for the next. It does not matter who you are, what’s been done or what you have done, there is hope.

Jason Murrey (he/him) is a licensed mental health counselor associate, military veteran (USMC 2003-10), who is passionate about assisting, educating and counseling adolescents and adults to reach their full potential mentally, physically and spiritually. He specializes in working with and treating individuals that have experienced trauma and secondary trauma in their day-to-day work (i.e. first responders, counselors, social workers, teachers, lawyers, doctors, etc.). He works with individuals 10+, couples, and families.

I have experience working with an array of mental health related issues but most of my experience has been working with trauma and the impact that it has on relationships. I have helped many children, teenagers and adults find freedom and healing from the weight of their past and help them to feel closer to the people around them. I work with individuals, families, and couples.

I am a trained Life Coach and Sex Addiction Professional with a focus on treating individuals impacted by sexual addiction, porn addiction, secret affairs, and traumatic events that impact their daily lives. Whether you are struggling with unwanted sexual behavior or wanting to work through a time of depression, broken relationships, or seeking life purpose, I'd love to help. We will work together to explore the underlying causes of unhealthy behavior so you can heal and begin to thrive in life.

A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Andrew received his Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. He earned his AB degree from Wabash College and has a Bible Certificate from Puget Sound Christian College. Andrew works with individuals, couples, and families and has worked with the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, sexual abuse, relationship issues, and substance abuse. He has experience leading group therapy. While working with a wide range of clients, he particularly enjoys working with tween, teen, and adult males and couples.
