Every day I talk with clients who tell me they have been wanting to come to therapy for months (or even YEARS!) and they just keep putting it off. There is never enough of a reason why, enough time, or you want to be able to figure things out on your own. I understand that. Really- I do. But you should not have to do it alone! If anxiety feels out of control, self-worth feels at an all time low, stress and burnout feel too close, or you feel disconnected from your life- your cup is empty and it’s time for change.

Feeling restless, confused, anxious, or worried are feelings no one should have to manage alone. Through the context of a safe and committed relationship, with over 20 years of experience, I consider it an honor to work with each person who walks through my door. Celeste has a holistic & systemic approach to therapy with the goal of helping clients achieve mental and physical wellness. She believes strongly in incorporating the client’s beliefs, value systems, and cultural identity into therapy. Celeste received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in Marriage & Family Therapy from Richmont Graduate University. Celeste has also pursued training through the Gottman Institute and Prepare/Enrich to facilitate her work with couples. Additionally, Celeste is trained in EMDR, a therapeutic technique designed to help people struggling to process trauma.

He is an EMDR-trained psychotherapist whose primary specializations are in healing nonsexual trauma, addiction recovery, sexual health concerns, sexual trauma, and compulsions. He also has a strong interest in walking compassionately with individuals on the deeply spiritual and psychological journey toward a whole, healthy, and fully integrated life encompassing all the physical, emotional, and spiritual parts of a person.

Jacqueline Roberts is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 3 years of experience specializing in anxiety, depression, women's issues, life transitions, trauma, relationship issues, and self-esteem. She works with clients of all ages.

Anxiety is exhausting. It traps us in our thoughts and isolates us from loved ones and activities we once enjoyed. Depression weighs us down and make us forget our strengths. Trauma reduces life to painful memories, crowds out positive moments, and replaces them with anxiety and insecurity. I specialize in helping clients reclaim their lives from repetitive worries, rumination, and intrusive memories. I help them recover their identities through a range of therapies, including EMDR and DBT.

Reaching your highest potential begins with intentional and courageous living, even in the midst of significant challenges and disappointments. Yet many often operate from a place of fear and doubt, preventing them from moving toward wholeness, self-confidence and purposeful living. Deciding to come to counseling is a difficult one. My passion is to “walk along side” the person who ready to be challenged and work through being "stuck" from distressing experiences. My specialty is working with people who have traumatic pasts causing intrusive thinking/rumination; nightmares and flashbacks; and avoidance from others and situations. I am passionate about working with individuals and families to overcome underlying relational problems and to feel safe expressing their wishes and desires.
