I draw from a few therapeutic techniques including, but not limited to, Christian counseling, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, strength-based and trauma focused. I specialize in a faith based approach which means that I am able to incorporate the values of individuals who identify as Christian.
