I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over twenty years of experience. I do Professional Christian Counseling. I previously worked for Meier New Life Clinic and worked with clients with many different needs and conditions. I have experience with individuals with depression, shame, anxiety, stress, sexual issues, obsessive compulsive disorder, relationship issues, grief, parenting issues, eating disorders and anger. I am committed to helping couples build a solid foundation for a strong and loving marriage. I can help couples manage conflict, strengthen their emotional connection and build a solid friendship.

It is amazing how our hearts can be beating in our chests and yet we do not feel fully alive. Life, circumstances, relationships, and even our own hearts can seem to work against us in our quest to have meaningful and fulfilling lives. As a trained professional counselor practicing in Arkansas, Arizona, and Missouri, I have been equipped to work with individuals, couples, and families and I have a passion for seeing people live well and find their purpose. I hold a Specialist degree in Psychology and Counseling and a Doctorate in Psychology and Christian Counseling, utilizing professional theories with a faith-based foundation.

I use a cognitive behavioral approach while bringing in narrative and solution focused therapeutic models to help you navigate the challenges and obstacles of life. My hope is to help others live their lives experiencing joy, peace, and freedom. Depression and anxiety are at an all-time high, especially among children, teens, and young adults. Their mental health is controlled by peers, social media, and high expectations administered by family. Sometimes, a traumatic event occurs and their lives spin out of control. Many individuals who struggle with their mental health at such a young age begin to fill the void of what they believe is missing in their lives with negative vices. Some, unfortunately, turn to self-harm and have suicidal ideations.
