I am a therapist with over 6 years of professional work experience. My clinical orientation is primarily Person Centered. I help clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, career difficulties and depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.

Life overwhelms us all at times. As a counselor, I meet you in those difficult parts of life, accompany you on your unique journey to redemption, healing and wholeness, helping you secure meaningful and lasting change. Together we name your problems and find their solutions; both the issues and the solutions are unique to you. Often we are pressured to "profile" ourselves-to label or describe ourselves in an way so that allows others to quickly "peg" who we are. But we are much more complex-- each of us has a story to tell. Each narrative has a distinctive trajectory.

You're struggling with past traumas. Maybe you don't even realize that a lot of your frustration, anxiety and depression and current struggles are linked to past traumas. It can be overwhelming dealing with intense emotions and identify the why behind it to change your life. Counseling is a deeply personal journey. I work to empower and guide clients toward their own unique solutions that can bring order and managability to life and to relationships.
