We all have a story to tell and I believe every person can benefit by sitting with someone and sharing their story, perspective, joy, and pain. I personally love to work with teens as they are discovering their story and the impact they want to have on the world. As well as for many adults our stories hold a significant amount of unresolved hurt and pain, I appreciate the honor of walking alongside people as they navigate their past, current, and future circumstances.

I am a licensed professional counselor. I work with children ages 13 through 18 as well as with adults. I desire to build strong therapeutic relationships with each of my clients using a person-centered approach. I am able to provide both telehealth and in person counseling. I believe that a person's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are closely interconnected, and therefore primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I can incorporate focused mindfulness techniques, assertiveness training, and work with the family through periodic family sessions. I am also receiving training in Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS).
