We specialize in three areas: 1) disordered eating, 2) trauma, and 3) relationships & couples therapy. We integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and mindfulness, interpersonal psychotherapy, EMDR, and novel, body-based (sensorimotor, PACT, IFS, and psychedelic-assisted) approaches to support you!
Our approach is eclectic and grounded in science. We work with you to develop the most appropriate treatment plan. We prioritize safe relationships with empathy, warmth, and acceptance. We offer individual, couples, and family psychotherapy as well as a Body Liberation group!
