I enjoy working with anyone age 13 or older with struggles in the area of self-esteem, setting healthy boundaries with others, learning how to be self-respectful in words, thoughts & feelings, stress & managing anxiety as well as anyone who is healing from loss of either a loved one or pet(s). I also enjoy helping people during seasons of transition whether in young adulthood to increase independence or later years to adjust to decrease in independence resulting from illness, injury or the aging process. I especially enjoy working to provide faith-based struggles.

Hi there, I’m Aly! I am passionate about helping my clients move from surviving to thriving. I work hard to create an atmosphere of balance and self-acceptance. I want you to be able to break free from the vicious cycle of trying to be perfect, “failing”, then trying it all over again. My primary focus areas include eating disorders/disordered eating, anxiety, life transitions, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Not only do I have years of professional experience and training regarding these struggles, but I also have years of personal experience and recovery!

Courtney Sebo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana who has been practicing since 2022. Courtney provides services in school-based, home, and community settings. She is passionate about working with children, adolescents, adults, and families through individual and family therapy. Courtney is eclectic in her therapeutic approach, including person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach. She utilizes mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma focused practices to help individuals and families find healing and grow to reach their potential.

As a therapist, I believe the ability to connect with others relies on providing a safe, secure environment to discuss personal issues. My aim is to build mutual relationships and empower clients to create meaningful change. I appreciate working with clients that understand that change is a process and are motivated to do the work in and out of the session. I believe that therapy is a process where you can gain tools to address life’s challenges, gain insight, determine what you’d like to change about it, work towards making those changes while navigating all the thoughts, feelings and emotions that may come up in the process.
