It's never easy asking for help, and choosing someone to help with issues as difficult as anxiety, depression, past trauma, or current relationship issues can be a stressful process in and of itself. Thank you for taking the time to read through my profile and considering me to support you in your process. As someone with a degenerative eye disease, I know what it's like to struggle. Life is often difficult and I want to assist people in finding a greater understanding and practical solutions in their lives that ultimately lead to greater happiness.
I enjoy working with creative people, including writers, artists, and particularly musicians, as music is a big part of my daily life. I appreciate and value diversity in people and in the issues people bring to my practice. My past work experience includes substance-abuse, criminal justice, at risk youth, and the United States Army.
I believe I have a unique perspective on the world which can assist others who feel alone or isolated and their current circumstances. Helping others helps me and we all need a little help once in a while.
