About
Backpacking through nature’s fury, I feared: “How long will this last?” “How bad will it get?” Suddenly, I came upon a dense canopy of trees where I was given respite from the icy winds and rain. At Mercy House, we offer a safe, nonjudgmental haven of rest for those struggling through life’s storms. We are a skilled team of clinicians whose passion is to partner with you and help you uncover your innate capacity to grow through life’s challenges.
I am blessed to be part of the Mercy House team. I have 13 years of experience working in mental health and drug/alcohol settings. I work with a variety of issues, tailoring my approach to what works best for you. I am a medical qigong practitioner and offer medical qigong treatments to balance energetic imbalances in the body for mental health support.
My counseling philosophy is simple: I believe that those who walk into my office are not broken and do not need fixed. Sometimes we just need someone else to help us see our strengths. I work to uphold Mercy House’s vision of restoring hearts and homes by helping you discover your own skills at navigating life’s storms in a way that is empowering to you.
