When people seek therapy, they are often uncertain, hurt, exhausted, and feel defeated. Each person possesses the strengths necessary to overcome any problem, but sometimes need some help learning how to use and recognize them. My passion is helping people impacted by addiction, substance use, porn misuse, low self-esteem, or trauma rebuild their lives. I also offer clinical supervision to associate-licensed social workers.
My strategy for success is rooted in a collaborative effort with clients to identify their issues and goals for change. I specialize in working with folks impacted by insecure attachment manifestations and those whom have been impacted by substance or porn/sex misuse, including medication-assisted treatment.
