I am Christian Beheler, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 4 years of experience in mental health. I am passionate about breaking mental health stigmas and normalizing therapy. I specialize in depression, anxiety, relationship issues, coping skills, and self-esteem. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults from all walks of life. I recognize that my patients are the experts in their lives, and I wish to walk alongside them as they tell their stories.
I completed my Master's degree in Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. I have worked in a wide variety of mental health settings with diverse mental health diagnoses. I value cultural diversity, self-acceptance, and body positivity. I utilize multiple treatment approaches.
