Children rarely have words for what's stirring inside them, and they don't need them to work with me. Through play therapy, I give your child creative, hands-on ways to show what's hard to say. In the safety of play, sand tray, and art, the big feelings underneath the overwhelm become something your child can feel, make sense of, and slowly learn to handle.

Over time, many parents notice their child communicating more openly, handling emotions with greater confidence, and feeling more like themselves again. You see them laugh more easily, return to the things they once loved, and meet a hard day without coming apart. Using expressive arts therapy, children learn they can safely and creatively explore the emotions and feelings that surface.
