Mental Health can be a topic that is very intimidating to discuss with others, but I like to think of mental health as a tune up on your car - you can drive your car for many miles, but eventually you will need adjustments. Like a car, our mind can run, overwork, and eventually break down. However, the good news is that you have an opportunity to get a mental health tune up and make sure your car is running smoothly.
Along my journey, I have obtained experience by working with geriatrics, adults, adolescents, codependency, anger, grief, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, trauma, social justice issues, drug/alcohol use, and identity issues. I have also conducted both individual and group therapy in which are both beneficial in unique ways.
My goal is to assist you in becoming your BEST ideal self. I believe that you are too valuable to let traumas, relationships, and decisions define you. Breathe. You can do this. You have purpose.
