I often describe my work as helping people increase their bandwidth for life. Whether that means building nervous system resilience, expanding psychological flexibility, deepening spiritual connection, or rediscovering joy, my hope is that therapy leaves people with a greater capacity to meet both the beauty and the difficulty of life. Like many of the people I work with, I have long been fascinated by the inner world—the ways our dreams, relationships, bodies, spiritual lives, and unconscious patterns shape our experience.
My own journey of learning, healing, and meaning-making continues to inform the way I sit with others in the therapy room. Throughout my life, I have studied a variety of spiritual traditions and have found profound wisdom within them—wisdom that can often be meaningfully integrated into everyday life and the healing process.
Outside of my work, I find restoration and inspiration in nature. I enjoy walking, yoga, spending time outdoors, learning, and traveling. I continue to feel deeply honored to accompany others on their journeys toward greater self-understanding, healing, and transformation.
