Parent/Child Event Series, Being Aware:
Parents will learn principles behind children's behavior and begin to adopt a more evolved mindset on how the ways we interact with our children- through our body language, tone of voice, choice of words and actions and how we listen- affect the way they see themselves, their relationships, and their outside world. Children 4 and up are FREE and will participate in a mindfulness and art class with Aly Murphy, author of the Manatee Finds Mindfulness. Tickets are $50 and available on EventBrite/Being Aware.
