Loss can take numerous forms, not only through death, but through loss of relationships, health, roles, jobs, and dreams. My career-long specialty has been devoted exclusively to grief and loss, and I consider it an honor to work with those navigating the unfamiliar terrain of grief.
Though we have no choice with loss, we have tremendous choice in how we heal; I offer a sacred space to help you process and integrate your loss in a way that fosters empowerment, inspiration, and wholeness. I approach our work together as collaborative, believing in the resiliency of the human spirit, and the capacity for transformation.
One unique aspect of my practice is the incorporation of mindfulness. A growing body of research is showing us the positive benefits mindfulness can have on our physical, cognitive, and emotional health, and I make it fun as together, we practice awareness and presence in our daily lives.
