I use different therapeutic approaches to help you reconnect with yourself (your thoughts and emotions), cope with life stressors, and heal. I am trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and now Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.
