Trauma, doubt, and fear can easily consume our thoughts, and provoke emotional distress and a sense of loss. Beginning the processing step can feel scary, but it certainly doesn't have to be a journey you take alone. I use different therapeutic approaches to help you reconnect with yourself (your thoughts and emotions), cope with life stressors, and heal. I am trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and now Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.

I work with clients who may have tried lots of therapy, lots of medications and still not seeing results they hope for. Many are at their wits end and may have lost hope. Hope is hard to maintain in the face of adversity. Many clients see a lifting of symptoms after learning and experiencing Ketamine and the use of intense therapy modalities like IFS and TRE.
