I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, burnout, ADHD, autism and other forms of neurodivergence, trauma, grief, life transitions, and questions about identity, spirituality and purpose. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed, but my approach is never one-size-fits-all. Therapy should adapt to you—not the other way around
