I believe that each person has a unique self that must respected, recognized and understood. I provide support by working with you towards improving your coping skills so that you could make positive changes, improve relationships, change negative patterns and live life to the fullest.
I work with adults 18+. As a licensed professional therapist, my role is to walk with you, and offer guidance as you in make the choices that are best for you.
