Using approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work and EMDR, I help clients uncover what’s beneath the surface, strengthen their sense of self, and move toward greater balance and resilience. My goal is to walk alongside you (or your student) as you learn new ways to thrive, not just get by.
As someone with an active Christian faith, I am also here for clients who want to integrate spirituality into their counseling experience—or process through wounds related to church or religious communities.
