Some sexual concerns may include: low/high sexual desire, desire discrepancy, a sexless relationship, sexual difficulties (e.g. painful sex, early/delayed ejaculation), and sexual trauma. Or perhaps you are struggling with compulsive sexual behaviors. You have realized that your sexual thoughts and behaviors are getting out of hand, or you have discovered that your partner is compulsively using sex or porn. You are feeling understandably hurt, angry, and confused.
Seeking therapy can be a scary decision, so many avoid it until things get worse. Asking for help can be overwhelming, and it takes courage to reach out for support. I provide a safe space for your growth. I integrate a unique blend of expertise working as a Certified Sex Therapist, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist.
