Counseling is collaborative relationship that explores all areas impacting overall well-being. My goal is to empower clients to face their struggles and take intentionally guided steps toward healthy change. I work with clients facing various struggles, including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, infertility, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, eating disorders, self-harm, domestic violence, and family relational problems. I have extensive experience and passion for working with adolescent girls and adult women and the unique issues that they face.
I began my counseling career in 2014 and have worked with adolescents, adults, children, and families in an intensive in-home Setting, an outpatient setting, and an inpatient eating disorder hospital. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
