Committed to making counseling a helpful and productive experience, I utilize a variety of interventions when meeting with adolescents, adults and couples. Identifying current struggles and treatment goals are the first step to assuring success. Specific concerns of substance use, anxiety, depression, relationship stressors, couples counseling, urban dating, divorce recovery and post partum/fertility challenges are my areas of expertise.
