Together, we look at how these experiences live in your body & mind, your relationships, and all the stories you've been telling yourself for years.

We work with what it means to exist between cultures, to lose your confidence slowly, to reach for perfectionism as a form of safety. In the first couple of sessions, I begin by building rapport, understanding your challenges and what needs to be processed, and collaborating with you on what works best for you. I often combine brainspotting, parts and somatic work to begin to untangle trauma, work stress, beliefs from childhood, and any other issues.
