I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and substance abuse counselor with 6 years of experience. Before entering the mental health field, I spent nearly 15 years working in EMS and medical transport. That experience deeply shaped my passion for helping others and gave me a unique lens into grief, trauma, addiction, burnout, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It’s also what led me to pursue certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Today, I work with adolescents and adults to help them overcome life’s challenges and live more fulfilling lives. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, grief/loss, and bipolar disorders.I earned both my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master of Science (MS) in Professional Counseling.
My therapeutic style is eclectic—I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and motivational interviewing (MI) to tailor the experience to each client’s needs.
